Established during the time of Narayana Vaidyar, the inpatient department has now expanded over to several buildings and decent facilities with 24x7 medical attention by a team of doctors headed by our chief physician DrU.Ramadasan and team.NVAC is a 15 bedded hospital.Neatly-arranged rooms with traditional outlook and modern facilities are available at Narayana Vaidyer’s Ayurveda Chikitsalayam. Attached bathrooms and direct access to treatment rooms sustain the privacy of patients. At NVAC, we give equal importance to hospitality and treatments. Spacious, clean and properly located treatment rooms are maintained to perform all the treatments.Fully equipped trearment rooms and the well trained therapists, and nursing staff under the guidance of our doctors ensures quality treatment.
Our out-patient department operates every day between 8:30AM to 5:30PM IST. Patients can consult our male and female physicians during the working hours and medicines can be purchased from the dispensary attached.

The herbs are sourced from our garden ensuring the most effective results.Herbs for our various medicinal compositions are sourced from our very own Herbal Farm. Each and every herbal plants are named separately for study purpose. We have separate group of herbs like “Dasamoola”, “Triphala”, “Trikatu”, “Nalpamara”, “panchakola” are planted together.
‘Aaharam Eva Pradhaanaushadham’ – The principle we follow says that food is the first& foremost medicine. NVAC follows and promotes vegetarianism – mostly the traditional recipes served in traditional manner.Food will be served in rooms as per instruction of vaidya
